Returns Policy

At Price Crunchers (trading as Price Cruncher) we want you to have a positive experience every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items and you have the right to cancel the purchase of most items within 14 days. Please note that you must return each item in the same condition in which you received it. This means that new items must be returned unused and undamaged. Please note all products must be returned in original packaging. As per our policy the buyer will be responsible for the return postage fee.

If any item is defective/faulty we have to be notified within the 30 day period. Please contact us on 0330 107 9220 and we will assist further in regards to your return. If eligible and within the time frame you will either be offered a refund or replacement.
