Our starter sets include a coal bucket/hod, companion tool set, and fire guard. These starter sets are an excellent choice for those who are just beginning to build and maintain fires in their new fireplace.

What is the best way to clean my fireside tools and accessories?

Proper maintenance and cleaning of your fireside tools and accessories are essential to ensure their longevity and keep your fireplace area clean and inviting.

Our metal fireside products can be easily wiped down with a damp cloth to remove any buildup of ash or soot. To prevent rusting and corrosion, ensure that the product is dried with a dry cloth after cleaning.

How do I install my wall mounted post box?

Choose where to install your post box. It must be in an easily accessible location for when your mail is delivered. While our post boxes are showerproof, they are not 100% watertight, so don’t install your post box under a leaky roof or gutter!

Our wall mounted post boxes have pre-drilled holes for a simple installation. Measure and mark the position of the post box before drilling into your wall. Once you have drilled holes for mounting, attach the post box using the included fixings.
